Autism and how Neurofeedback Therapy helps

Many are the people who talk about the causes of autism, many say it is a genetic predisposition, others that happens to older parents, others attribute it to vaccines, to environmental pollution, but for sure it is not known what causes it. We know that more boys than girls suffer from this condition and that in 2018 a percentage was of 1 in 58 children with autism. Detection and early intervention are very important. If children begin to receive therapies such as neurofeedback, speech, behavior, at an early age, this will be very beneficial for them and their development. People with autism may also have other additional diagnoses such as attention deficit with or without hyperactivity. A large percentage of them are nonverbal, have chronic sleep problems, anxiety and even depression. Many of them in adulthood can suffer epileptic seizures. Neurofeedback has shown very good therapeutic results in people within the autism spectrum.
